Organisational and individual development go together. To effect change I need to change myself. In dialog with the other change and development becomes possible. We can support each other in this process. This also helps the organisation as a whole.
I help in creating space for reflection and dialog. Everything has to go through the human being, needs to become personal again. Change is possible when we are mindful of each other and act in the presence of the moment, when capacities and job demands fit together well.
