Organisational and individual development go together. To effect change I need to change myself. In dialog with the other change and development becomes possible. We can support each other in this process. This also helps the organisation as a whole.
I help in creating space for reflection and dialog. Everything has to go through the human being and needs to become personal again. Change is possible when my individual Why is well aligned with the Why of the organisation.
